GRW is a fun, interactive, multicultural program geared for young women ages 15-20 years. Participants are led by RMWC instructors to explore how to navigate biculturalism, expectations of parents, expectations country of origin vs. USA, values, cultural and social identity, social determinants of heath, conflict management, and healthy peer relationships.

Activities include: hiking, rock climbing, movies and team building game.
