RADIO SHOW

From impromptu face-to-face discussions at RMWC to coordinated communication initiatives, here's how RMWC ensures immigrants and refugees stay informed. All information disseminated by RMWC is culturally tailored to meet the needs of our client population.

Tune in to the Perspectivas Radio Show - Segmento Perspectivas, a weekly 30-minute segment aired on the Spanish-language radio program, Hablemos Hoy con Rodolfo Cardenas, broadcasting on KRNV La Buena Onda 1150 AM / 96.1 FM every Thursday at 8 a.m. RMWC Executive Director Diana Higuera serves as the co-host alongside Cardenas. Each week, they welcome Spanish-speaking Coloradans to share their expertise on topics relevant to the immigrant experience and needs. The show tackles real-world challenges encountered by RMWC's Spanish-speaking clients.

“Through its various programs and initiatives, RMWC serves to meet the needs of immigrant families and individuals in acclimating to their newly adopted country. It has been an immense honor and privilege to be able to contribute to RMWC’s work by sharing information as a regular guest during RMWC’s radio spot and as a panelist for their youth empowerment event.”
